This was an amazing lecture on Blake! Outside the doors of Ivy League academia not many of us get exposed to such rich discussions on such cultural juggernauts. The only other person I heard explain Blake very well was poet Robert Bly. Great work!

Mark - thank you for this series...while 50mil of the world looks at Charli Dimajio videos and is literally rotting their brain - you are providing a source of light. I just wanted to agree also with you on Verveke's series. They are very good and comprehensive but cogsci cannot get us back to I / Thou and sacred participation or panentheism as described from Fox's work on Eckhart. I am an existential counselor in training and your knowledge is very helpful. I am a Kierkegaard and Tillich type existentialist which includes this participatory and imaginative sacred consciousness. I hope to bring these concepts into my pracice.

Can one say that imagination is our connection to the potential of God, while reason is a reflection of the pattern of how potential becomes actual? If so in they would be two sides of the same coin, where one couldn't be what it is without the other.

my take away is that the collective may soon accept that their relationship with their imagination is suppressed, dysfunctional, and basically in need of a REALITY CHECK. Yes, unfortunately we try to rationalize a difference between imagination and reality. we would NEVER do this if we saw how a marriage with the imagination is as valuable as a marriage with your soul mate. peace.

What Blake was saying, and it became clearer and clearer to him... Is people lack the imagination to perceive God's work. People have been trained to believe, that the Renaissance Art they have come to know and love, was made by the hands of men. They were not. The Vatican took credit for the works of art, by creating "characters" which they used to plagiarize God, misleading the unknowing public to believe that The Church was responsible for the amazing sculptures and paintings. That's a fact you will all come to know... as I am working on providing the proof. The proof that is fighting against the unimaginative people that make up 99% of this world. Pareidolia is a term that was created, much the same way the term "Conspiracy Theory" came to fruition, as it is used to discredit those attempting to reveal the truth.

Any new spirituality should be directed toward the future growth, survival and flourishing of the species. Other than that, what's the point?

I have seen 2 Masonic symbols in the pics. One is the Left leg of the men on the right side is uncovered, like in the Masonic rites. The other is the second medallion on the right side of the pic, the doves in flight, seems to form the Main Symbols of the Masonic cult. I know the symbols are the tools of the Demiurges (Yaldabaoth and Sabeoth according to the Gnostic Creation Myth of the Nag Hammadi discovery) and that have been corrupted to be used in the malignant way by the evil party. Correct me if I strayed away...It would help me connect more dots...Thank you. Gero.
