William has been involved with theater and acting most of his life. His face can be seen in Peter Jackson's The Hobbit trilogy as the dwarf Bifur. William currently is a singer in the New Zealand group The California Dreamers.
William interviewed with Wesley Productions discussing his small role it the Lord of the Rings as well as his larger role in The Hobbit. He explains how he got the role and about Peter as a director.
