Shatner is a magnificent performer in everything thing he does. Certainly one of the best most prolific actors there has ever been, he is oddly, one of the most underappreciated too.
I love everything about that man, and agree with what you have said. People often reduce his genius to ‘overacting’ and that has never been so for me at least.
That sucks. Heard some other audio books where you can hear a lot of crackling and also previous lines read in the background. Not sure how that happens, but they are still enjoyable. Hopefully so is the second part to this.
@@mystuff1405 Great stuff. Great audiobook voice. He did, however, have a ghost writer. I wonder how many of the TekWar novels were actually written by him.
Spoiler alert. It was pretty good up until the decided to send him Undercover, after pulling him out of jail, after already sending two guys to try to go undercover. He would be shot on sight by the crime org.
