Why would Simon give up this channel it has 2.36M subs and the last one Simon did got 200k views since the change nothing has cracked 80k. The only channels he should have gave up was “TopTen” but Simon still should do a couple from time to time and someone else could do “Geo Graphics” “Brain Blaze” and “Side Projects” and if that doesn’t take enough work off of Simons plate maybe let someone try “ into the shadows “or split up “Mega projects” in 1/2 with Simon and someone else. I think Simon has to host at least “Today I Found Out” “Bio graphics” “war graphics” “the casual criminalist”. Like especially from a financial aspect it’s gotta be killing this channel they don’t even get as many views. I don’t mean to sound mean to this guy he seems like a nice dude. But even if it’s an interesting subject I can’t get into watching much of it he loses me a few minutes in.

Consider the sheer number of channels that he has worked and runs. I would not be surprised if he was on the way to getting burn out or potentially was unhappy with the quality of the videos coming out so he stepped back to focus on the ones he wanted to run and handed others to people he deemed the best replacement. There could be a menagerie of reasons.

It was never actually Simons channel in the first place, he was just the host The owner of the channel then died as ownership passed to his daughter who by her own admission did a poor job of managing the channel. Simon then left this and a few other channel to focus on his own work

I think Karl is doing a great job! And we can get Simon through his other channels. Does anyone know why he has passed the biographics baton to Karl? Is he just so busy with his other channels?
