If you can’t get past the word um in someone explaining themselves, then you must lack any critical listening abilities. The man is just explaining his experience, and you must find it in yourself so damn difficult to understand that. If you really listen you can hear that will is using um as a way to figure his thoughts and experiences so that you may see deeper than whatever your full mind refuses to see. So don’t just ‘whatever next’ a person, why don’t you approach with a sound and open mind?
