captured slaves?some yes, but actually quite alot were sold from other black chieftains to the british/french/spanish

+Michael Ryan Wing Yes, first of all its a great idea to search Amazon - if you just type in his name a bunch of books actually pop up so you should consider that! But in my opinion, the best book on Wilberforce is the biography Eric Metataxes wrote on him as well as Wilberforce's "Real Christianity", his personal writings(many are online for free) and even Belmonte's "365 Days with Wilberforce: A Collection of Daily Readings from the Writings of William Wilberforce." thank you ! its true. there exists in the world a new kind of slavery...immigrants illegally orlegally in countries that dont want them. made to live in apalling ocnditiions and work for pittance or no pay at all.
