William Wordsworth's Tintern Abbey - Analysis

I studied this poem 40 odd years ago for my A level in English. This week I have been to Tintern in my son's camper van and was keen to re-read the poem and to try to understand what, I have to confess, I did not understand so much when I was younger! Thank you for making it so clear and accessible. Now that I am older, I understand the healing power and comfort of nature. I have so enjoyed revisiting this poem... thank you Wordsworth (and Mr Tobin) for these insights.

Such a thorough explanation of Tintern Abbey! Thank you so much. I can't help but identify with Wordsworth because the main way I am coping with the pandemic is by taking daily nature walks here in Sarnia, Ontario I walk along the river, the beach, in the woods and through wetlands. I feel the presence of God in nature and I feel such gratitude and benevolence. Your lecture reminded me of these things.
