Willie, by the way since I am Korean descent I will tell you something to try next time you make chicken wings or fried chicken in general. Korean fried chicken uses instead of wheat flour either corn starch, potato starch, or bean starch. That way it becomes super crispy even after you smother it in sauces. I prefer using about 40% of wheat flour and 60% of a mix of the above :) Yummy so crispy on outside and tender on inside :)

Chicken thighs nare the best, it's hard to mess them up. I do olive oil and then a dry rub, marinate for a half hour and bake them. You can add your favorite BBQ sauce and put them under the broiler for 2-3 minutes once the skin is crispy.
