I really hate the fact that people are saying 'His voice isn't deep enough like the original singer' or that they could sing better than him. So what if his voice isn't deep enough and if they *could* sing better than him then I want to see them try. I mean come on, he tried his best and succeeded. I don't argue with idiots, they will just lower me to their level then beat me with experience.

That comeback is so overused and this guy doesn't have a naturally deep voice like Waylon Jennings or Johnny Cash, lots of people can get their voices that deep but they sound horrible like this guy. He would of sounded so much better just picking a different song or even using his regular voice.
i think he did amazing.. personally i think everyone is the comments are hating because he's black. obviously he's not trying to sound like the singer, no one could do a cover and sound exactly the same as the original artist. this guy has amazing talent, anyone who thinks he doesn't is crazy!
as a singer, i can say he shouldnt have caught that song because he cannot hit that F# every time he goes deep. Rest is perfect. Is not about being black or white, but its not usual to see a black singing country xD
bieberxfazz I agree that no1 should think that he has no talent because he is black, but in my opinion his voice is not right for country. The country sound for ANY country song is just not there. Occasionally he sings one word as a country singer would, but the rest sounds like a normal voice and he would probably do much better in another genera of music.
