So it has been a few months since we had been to a #dayticketfishery so with an invite from the King of Carp #chrisfennel aka #carpking71 we planned to do a few nights on the #willowparkfishery near Aldershot. It was a new venue for us, armed with a new test bait from #dnabaits 'The Bug' we were #buzzing to get the rods out and catch a few scales that the venue was well known for!!!!

It looks like it but its only 2 rods allowed so its not as crammed as it looks.

Just got the rods out, had a cuppa. Now to watch the latest installment. Used to fish willow a fair bit, so hopefully will recognise the swims etc

Finally got around to watching. Great session.. great social.. lots of laughs along the way. Great watercraft changing those bobbin heads to green lol

Good look at the facilities on arrival, ooooh unlucky Hugh I feel your pain.....fishing at 8 wraps ...brilliant....👍 awesome bottle tail common, well fished for 😜 cracking 24 pounder (banger) but no bottle tail though is it, seriously nice job well done, and great watch great banter, must dash going to local tackle shop now for some new bobbins😂😂 regards Matt

Hi guys YES it was worth the wait a good watch congrats on the captures especially that fantastic bottle top common lol. GOOD to see you team up with Chris he's a top guy , he was the very first person I watched on you tube and been watching ever since. Like I said on my comment on Chris's blog I'm not a fan of barbless hooks but nothing you can do about it rules are rules and my current venue which is not far from there ( bagshot lee big pond on the Farnham ticket ) has the same rules.Until next time take care guys.

That's a shame. It's hard to please everyone, if I had my choice of music then I'd reduce the views even more. Screamo and metal core don't really go with the outdoors 😂
