FYI, after 12 months of use one of my pumps went out. I called customer service and they sent me a new pump within a week and a box to mail back my old one for them to diagnose and correct any potential future problems. I am very impressed with Willow and their customer service!

Aw, thank you. Yes, if anything ill take off the flange, clean or rinse out the little flap and put back together and make sure on 1 and everything is attached, that usually solves any yellow errors!
Such a great review! I love my willow and love watching other reviews to get tips and and tricks from other mamas! I have to say though I did freak out when I started seeing the milk come out when flipping using the containers, I was saying “flip to 2 flip to 2!!!”
I had the Willow 2.0 and I liked the idea but didn’t like how it was a struggle to latch in the beginning. I eventually sold it. But watching this review makes me want to try it again with the 3.0. I have another popular wearable pump but it leaks sometimes and it still takes practice to get it to latch. So I’m thinking about retrying the Willow since it never leaked!!! And it definitely makes life easier! Great review 😊
Oh bummer! Maybe make sure to get the right size for your nipple and if you need get those silicone inserts, if stimulation takes too long I take it off then reapply it because if the angles off it won't work right I've noticed. I try not to let stimulation take longer than 2 minutes or something is usually wrong. Thank you so much, I hope if you try it again you don't have any issues!

Thanks for the review and tips. Mine should be coming in today. I’m 28 weeks preg with my 2nd baby and have a son who will be only 16 months when baby arrives so I know I wanted a wireless pump for during the day when I go back to work, I was going between this and Elvie but I think this one will work better for my lifestyle. I can’t wait to play with it and use it.

Thank you so much for the helpful review! I had a question, I am a nurse and I probably won’t have time to wash the parts to the reusable container after every use, what do you recommend me doing? Will it be okay for me to refrigerate it/keep it in my cooler? I’ll definitely wash the parts once I’m back home and sterilize them. Also, did you pump for the whole 25 minutes or did you keep it to 10-15 mins?
If you want to use the bags at work then you can just rinse the flanges and the part they insert into real quick (thats what I tend to do at work), but otherwise ill rinse with water all the reusable parts and separate them at least and lay on a paper towel if possible, then thoroughly wash or boil when I get home. It is recommended to replace the reusable containers every 3 months as well (although I slack on that, lol).
