Mine did not have the key string and the pebbling was slightly looser or bigger in some spots. Is that normal? Also inside is off white linen, no suede on underside of tassels and top inner opening. Got mine from Dooney and Burke not the outlet. It's just so different or is this normal?
I've never known Dooney not to have a key keeper in their bags. It is normal for the leather to be loose in some spots. If it's Pebble grain you will not have Suede unless it's a Milano bag. Florentine Leather has Suede lining. Pebble grain does not and it has red interior. Sounds like you have a gingham lining which I've never seen in a satchel. Please send me a picture to my Instagram.
