Im not sure I'd grab a pint with him... it would disappear and he'd be ordering dessert after that.

Lol he's helped me getting back to "eating like a man" after some serious health problems had left me with digestive issues and a lack of appetite that I hadn't realized over time had me about 20 kilos underweight and suffering lack of energy poor sleep and worst of all basically depressed. The gut really is your 'second brain' I've been amazed getting my biome and appetite back coupled with exercise etx the difference in energy and mental well being is staggering, i suppose you sort of forget what you are supposed to feel like over long periods feeling less than I'm sure I'm not the only one who was suffered gut induced mental malfunction if you will. Watching this guy literally athletically eat changed my whole view on eating competitions health etc. I wish I could get a picture of him next to my boy Rambo they are the same person appearance wise if mr Beard worked in the cannabis fields allowed his hair/beard to dreadlock 😆

@@nonow1353 As someone with chronic issues due to TBIs/SCI 🦽 (young vet ha), neurogenic GI issues, I’m like permanently on IV Zofran for severe nausea (thankfully it works great, just a tad expensive but worth it!) and these videos do help with motivation to eat ha. I’m always a bit reluctant cause sometimes I’ll just get sick,ha. But my motto is well, if I’m gonna be sick, might as well make it worth it 😂, I mean if it works and I’m keeping weight on, win-win, 🤷🏼‍♂️. 🇺🇦🌻🇨🇦
