The spell doesn't add back to hand when you ranked up. The rank up isn't in the grave until the summon has resolved, so it wouldn't be in the grave to see and add back
It does. The spell would trigger at the resolution of summon, which would start on the chain after the rank up spell was resolved, which is after it hit the grave.
Literally says on teh card it has to be in the gy to use the add back to hand effect "Rank 5 or higher Xyz Monster(s) is Special Summoned to your field while this card is in your GY"
You want to ash the effect of rouge doll in hand, bystal any target they choose in grave, droll, and ghost belle the first machinex they try to bring back! And take out board breakers or you will get ftkd lol
