I've seen some of the pool tables on new ships where the pool table balances itself and keeps it level.

I'll be on this ship in January and I thank you for showing the table minimums, I'd been looking everywhere for them. I'm a dealer at a casino and $6 seems like such a weird amount instead of going down to $5 (that's the lowest we'll go.) I'm just glad they're not all 15+

That's cool! Enjoy the Pride! Yes, I agree, $6 is a weird amount. I believe it's because the house edge is more on cruise ships for Blackjack...6 to 5 instead of 3 to 2. I usually don't play table games on cruises because the house edge is more and too many new people trying out the casino and they don't play with strategy. I usually stick to video poker and slots, mostly to earn points faster and keep my casino cruise offers coming in. Thanks for watching, commenting & supporting!

@@CaptainBillyJTravels Thanks for the tip too! That makes sense with the house edge. We pay 3 to 2 at my place, and we're also one of the only casinos in the state that you can be 18 and play at so we get a lot of kids who don't know how to play. I'll probably just stick to whatever Three Card Prime is

Yes, agreed. Make them $5. Maybe they do it to encourage tipping a buck or so to the dealer since everyone has dollar chips?! I don't know

I like those cheap video poker games. I won $50 on my last cruise for being at the right game at the right time. I believe I almost broke even. Thanks for posting!

Thanks! I found myself playing Pinwheel Prizes alot and the Dragonlink games. No, I didn't win the $1,000 Major and others were trying for it. I don't know if anyone got it on the cruise or not. I didn't check to see if it was won or not at end of the cruise. I had a $600 win on video poker. That was my biggest win on the cruise.

sailing on carnival pride next april '24 on a free casino offer. do you know if they match rccl casino status? my traveling buddy is PRIME on rccl. My offer came with free drinks ship-wide.. wondering if they'd match his status in casino (he'll be dropping some coins in there!)
