@@cupidok2768 I'm no Shok, but abuse his early levels and keep him in that pressured state. Do everything in your power to make it so he doesn't want to roam. Burn his summoner spells, his ult, pressure his healthbar, ward the lane you think he's going to and keep the wave pushed under his tower as much as reasonably possible. If all else fails and he gets a roam window, spam ping your side laners so he wastes his time.
Shok I wanted to thank you for the guides and videos you make. By watching your videos I went from bronze to emerald in barely a year. I'm struggling in emerald at the moment but I'm confident in my ability to improve and reach diamond by the end of this split. No matter how many times I watch your videos I always seem to learn something new and improve after applying your concepts into my gameplay. Thank you once again and continue the great work 😊
went from iron to gold in 2 weeks by applying the knowledge from your champion guides and general videos :) ive played 3 games at a semi pro level now and you are genuinely the best, most clear informative video producer across all of those and league, incredibly well produced content as always shok. do you have any plans on who the next champ specific videos might be?
Idk how to play exhaust with a mana hungry champ , i play seraphine mid, bug i feel i alway sneed TP in addition to the cookies 😅 So i decided to take Spellbook into assassins !!
Great video man, also any news if that high ping champ tier list coming soon? im a south african on 170 ping constant so i wont lie that vid would be rlly useful
I completely forgot about that tbh but I'd recommend champs like Liss, Galio, Karthus (just use E and R, even if you miss all the Qs its fine), Annie etc just point and click or easy laning for the most part
@@ShokLeague if im being real i find the whole no interacting/no mechanics playstyle so boring so im willing to sacrifice how viable my pick is if it means i have fun, that being said though im hoping there are some mechanical champs that fall somewhere in the middle in terms of how good they are for high ping. Do you think irellia is is somewhat possible? or maybe katarina since flyerbek managed it
great video and great info as always, shok! do you have any advice on how to deal with tristana mid? I haven't found a midlaner that doesn't feel like trash against her, it feels like the only counter play is to beg for jungler help and in silver people... don't. lmao
Vs Trist you want a champ that has some CC to stop her from jumping in, playing a champ like Vik/Syndra/Ahri/Cass and just holding your CC allows you to harass without getting engaged on. Tbh she's still very strong though, but I think those work the best
Regarding useful examples of Viktor R interrupting channels (9:45): - Katarina R, probably the must useful one during laning phase - ASol Q, a big part of his damage, just take care that he cannnot W at you, because it resets his Q cd - Malzahar R, CAN be canceled, but not reliably (if he is ulting you) - TF/Shen, nice to know, but don't happen often
Galio R should be able to cancel if you do it fast enough. If he has already left the ground it is too late. Pantheon R I believe is a channel at first too but the same logic applies you have to catch it early before he has started the leap animation.
I have heard a couple times to run exhaust against assassins. I don't know how you can put the exhaust on in time with the amount of dashing and invisibility a lot of the assassins have. I am a noob, so that might be really dumb. But it seems hard to pull off in time on a decent amount of assissins when they go all in.
Yeah exhaust isn't good against every assassin because some of them do their dmg over a longer period of time. Champs like Zed though you can easily exhaust before their big damage goes off. It's much more difficult against champs like Akali or Fizz.
I have a question about the concept of having champions like talon or lux choose between either hitting you or the minion wave. Would it not sometimes be beneficial to force them to hit the wave while trading by standing in it if you want them to push into you?
Yes if you want them to push into you then that'll work, but both Talon and Lux you don't really want pushed into you. There's some matchups like Irelia vs Orianna where as Irelia you have enough sustain for the poke but you still want the wave on your side of the lane where you might use that sorta thing
Amazing info, many thanks ❤❤ I kinda hate jungle interference, tho cause it can really miss things up. If I got camped it doesn't matter then but let's try.
As a JG looking at lanes we probably won't do anything if you're close to full health and you have our laner under their turret at low health. ie if you play it well enough it won't matter. If you're both low then yes, expect interference. That and ward + lean. It makes it really hard to gank and normally just results in us clearing the ward and leaving. Shok has plenty of vids on this.
@Dommomos Totally respect what you are saying But in my Bronze elo 😂 I got camped (in a few games I am not saying every game) by a duo mid jgl I am full health and everything so the jgl take a camp and come to just chunk me, then another camp and come to take my flash, and then I eather get angry and die to the third gank or just play safe and the lane is even This means I am waiting for my team to carry me in Bronze or my jungle to get side lanes to win as the enemy jgl is perma mid But yeah, my side lanes just lost solo with no pressure 😂😂😂😅
@@omarhossam9200 there's definitely situations where you just have to hope your team gets something back for it when you get triple teamed. Also though...wave control. If you find yourself getting camped, let them push into you a bit and try to freeze as best you can. If you're perma pushing your lane you're the juiciest gank target. If they truely double/triple team you and try to dive you under your own turret, respect it and stay a bit back, get the xp if not the gold and hope to hell your team mates are actually doing shit around the rest of the map in exchange.
