Lumpy has those qualities in a catcher that the old school guys could appreciate in baseball . Lumpy ~ Pudge style! Confidence to throw to bases and has good pop time. Once the blocking becomes second nature He’s gonna be more of a problem ‘ TAJ got his back’ Played with heart Rally fries never surrender and quit

The pitcher was throwing meat. taj was notable for swinging the bat and letting the ball travel. But they are still really good.

I try to keep it positive here but that strike zone was insane. They needed 40” bats to reach those outside ‘strikes’!

@@BennyNo I just want to see strikes! Normally I chalk it up to the camera angle, but this was wild. The catchers all moved over, it was so egregious. At least it was consistent on both sides, but still, pretty wild!

I agree. Consistency is all you can ask of an umpire. Most of these umpires, do about 5 or 6 games a day!

@@BennyNo I certainly don’t envy umpires. The way people talk to them is out of control! This just felt a little more obvious than other games. But as we all know for better or worse, umps are a part of the game.

It’s a 10U tournament. But you can always play up, but never down. So 9U teams can play against 10U teams.

All due respect, that first base coach on the last out needs to do better. Taj should have been told by the coach to hold on all balls in the air. Brother wasn't even watching Taj but watching the other team catch the ball.
