That is a nice gunstock, probably made by Queen cutlery, they made contract knives for Winchester at one point. If that’s delrin, and since it has some wear on one blade, I’d go ahead and carry it and just keep an eye out for a perfect specimen for the collection.

I have queen cutlery gunstock jack that has the identical build. Could be queen

Great knife, buddy...might try rubbing a carpenter pencil over that spot...graphite its coarse enough to take off some rust and stains, but not coarse enough to discolor the metal...have a great weekend...Jim
