WIND AND TRUTH cover revealed! OMG! 

Love the cover! Makes me so excited for WaT. And the book Dalinar is holding is a reference to the real-life leatherbound edition of The Way of Kings. (SPOILERS for Books 1-4 of The Stormlight Archive AHEAD) As for theories... I have a lot of them, but I think I can boil it down to a manageable list The first one is obviously the Chana theory. It's on my mind a lot, and has been on my mind for over two years now. I would be surprised, if it's not correct (if you're in Sanderfandom spaces, you likely know of it. if you don't know of it, do not look it up, unless you want to be in on it and potentially be spoiled. I am vague in my description of it on purpose) The second one is that Ba-Ado-Mishram used to be a Sliver/Avatar of Adonalsium on Roshar before the Shattering, the subsequent events, and the Voidbringer invasion. What is the basis for it? That would explain the Connection of Ba-Ado-Mishram to Roshar, the singers (who lost their minds, when she got captured) and spren (who started turning into Deadeyes after she got captured). It would explain how she could be so powerful to basically be a full-fledged god for a time (before her imprisonment), granting the forms to singers without Odium. Also, who is the Ado that Raboniel cursed by in the tunnels under Urithiru during the invasion? ("For Ado's sake!") That is what sparked me to think on this. Because, at first, I thought it was Adonalsium, but that would not have made sense, since the Dawnsingers (some of whom were turned into Fused) lived after the Shattering. So, she might have cursed by Ba-Ado-Mishram and just used either her pre-Unmade name or shortened her full name to Ado (no idea why would Kelek shorten it to Mishram though). There are other things I could note here to support this theory, but that would be spoilery for some other Cosmere worlds, and some of it is WOBs, so I'll stop here. Ba-Ado-Mishram is super-fascinating and I can't wait to find out what is going on, and how it might or might not be related to the first theory on the list. The third one is that. Well, remember Axies the Collector from an interlude in The Way of Kings? Blue guy, immortal, seeks to find all possible kinds of spren, does weird things with his body. He's a Siah Aimian. Remember the horrifying scene in Ishar's tent in Rhythm of War? The one with dead spren in the Physical realm. The way Axies changes his body reminds me of the way honorspren change their appearance. Yeah, I think Siah Aimians are honorspren that have fully moved from the Cognitive realm to the Physical. And yes, the Natan people would be Siah Aimian x human hybrids then. The fourth and the most obvious one is Kaladin's Fifth Ideal. You know how his every ideal has been a Death Rattle in The Way of Kings? - "Above the final void I hang, friends behind, friends before. The feast I must drink clings to their faces, and the words I must speak spark in my mind. The old oaths will be spoken anew." - The Second Ideal, when he's charging at listeners over a chasm and drinks Stormlight (feast) from the gems in their beards. - "All is withdrawn for me. I stand against the one who saved my life. I protect the one who killed my promises. I raise my hand. The storm responds." - The Third Ideal, when he's protecting Elhokar from Moash. - "In the storm I awaken, falling, spinning, grieving." - The Fourth Ideal. This one is pretty self-explanatory. His dive from the top of Urithiru and everything that followed. So, it would stand to reason that the Fifth Ideal is also somewhere in there among the Death Rattles. The one that fits best, imo, is "He must pick it up, the fallen title! The tower, the crown, and the spear!" And that doesn't really give me a lot of hope for Dalinar. Although, it could also be referring to Jezrien, who was the King of the Heralds (and Dalinar's drinking buddy named Ahu) and killed by Moash at the end of Oathbringer. Oh... I've just read through this whole thing. This is a lot. Sorry for going off like that. I'm just really excited about Wind and Truth.

I love this cover more and more, each time I see it. Perfect composition and I like the colours and circular action of the tower and the sky! I am very afraid either Pattern or Syl will die😥😱 we must have anti-light for a (storytelling) purpose, right?

I think it's Dailnar! Just based on the book and I don't see the speckles in his hair for it to be Adolin.
