The How to Upgrade the Wind Staff tutorial shows exactly where to locate everything you need to assemble and then upgrade the Wind Staff into Boreas' Fury. The Staff of Wind is one of four elemental staffs in the CoD Black Ops 2 Apocalypse DLC zombie map Origins. The Wind Staff shoots blasts of wind when fired and will instantly kill zombies at point blank range and knock back any zombies further away. Once upgraded to the Boreas' Fury, it functions the same as its previous version, however its blast of wind has more range and a wider area of effect. You can also hold down the firing button in order to charge it up, at the cost of more ammo per charged shot. When charged and released, it fires an initial blast of wind, then expands rapidly to form a twister, attracting any zombies fairly close to it and dragging them to the center, instantly killing them.

I know I'm late but I've never played video games; I picked up zombies at my brothers and its all I play. So, thanks for the clear videos; they help those of us who are late to gaming. ( I literally played town survival for 4 months solo and had no idea what the machine in the lava did).

i love your tutorials, they're clean and crisp. Other youtubers name off one location for the disks. I hate it when a tutorial for the ice staff when you find the parts. they just say dig. They dont know that when its snowing you find one part at generator 2 and 3, one part around gen 4, excavation site, gen 5, and the last part at gen6/church

You probably already know this but I found out you do not have to aim the smoke. Just shoot each smoke stack once with your wind staff. Again....Thank you so much for all your tutorials.

Who believes the wind staff should have been replaced by a Water Staff. It could of shot a strong wave and water which can crush the zombies and make em fall over on higher rounds. The upgraded staff should have been called 'Poseidon's Wrath' and when you charge it up it makes a tsunami that completely rips the zombies to shreds. Who agrees with me?

Hey CrashPower, thanks for the awesome tutorial, but i think collecting parts from robots is the hardest part, a bit info about where the feet land might help those who never tried this before: 1. Thor (the robot on the right) Left foot: at generator#3 where speed cola vending machine is. Right foot: on top of the tank station at generator#2. 2. Odin (the robot in the middle) Generator#4 and #5 and the muddy grounds along dig site. 3. Freya (the robot on the left) muddy grounds beside Church.

You know, I agree with you "Octavio Rosales". I know how to build the wind staff but I wanted to know how to upgrade it. I also didn't know that when the three robots came, that you could enter one of them. I thought you couldn't go into any of the feet. I did know how to do that easter egg and even though it would be fun to go play that map again, I found out that my disk to scratched to play anymore. I was going to try to beat Repnett's No Man's Land record. If I ever buy another copy I'll let ya know.

CrashPower you can repair it with toothpaste by applying it in a curved line it takes 20 mins so worth it if there's a ring around the centre then it might take longer as you need to swipe down with your finger but if there's multiple in different locations then just go around the disc in a circular motion until the bottom side is completely covered then wash it off with water put a towel over it don't run it but pat it then leave it to dry for 5-10 mins then it should work fine
