I'd like to see the dispenser design so I can copy it. Guessing an array of rollers inside 2 valleys, or just a few wheels with bearings in them with valleys for the wire..
Nop... my gear head actually ride on a large custom brass bushing "Wet oil bushing" that lubricate the entire crown "Gear" and obviously, the large spool or "Cartridge" ride on some metal rolling mini spools!
Nice demo but it seems like a strange way to wind a multi-layer coil. I guess it's OK for low frequencies but the way he is overlapping turns which are electrically "far away" from each other (in terms of the voltage drop) will unnecessarily increase the parasitic capacitance. I thought that multilayer coils were usually basket-weave wound or bank wound. Essentially you build-up all of the layers at once instead of completing one and then making the next one on top of it.
It looks a lot like a Universal I used to have. I think Universal was sold to another company but I don't know who bought them. They were located in N.J. if I remember correctly.
Hello I am from Iraq and I work in the field of hardware crane because the power supply in my country is irregular and I would like to buy a winding machine like this please help me where I can get it and how much the price and I would be thankful for you regards

1 wheel for loading wire locked 1 way another way freely. another wheel be carry wire to winding to core.i think so.so sometime we see to wheels different speed with each other.
I'm not sure what else you were expecting. this machine winds a could. The video shows an operator winding a coil. after apply a insulating layer to protect the coil against damage and that is it really.
winding wire is wound ( loaded ) on circumferance of spinnig wheel as per requiredment ( first clockwise rotation ) and unwind ( unloaded ) on CT ( second anticlockwise rotation ).
Yes, but is there a machine that can make a Rodin Coil? The Rodin Coil is similar to a Toroid, except the wire is wrapped at an angle, 30 degrees short of directly across the ring. This design minimizes the random collision of electrons, as well as heat. P.S. Torus Ring, refers to the standard shape of a Torus. A Toroid, is a solenoid in the shape of a Torus Ring.
Rhodin Coils rely heavily on pixie dust and Unicorn farts, (in the correct proportions of course),... Torus Ring defines a "donut" shape, and a Toroidal coil is in the shape of a Toroid, Torus, or for pesants, a Donut.
