I'm 35 well 36 yesterday was my birthday in high-school I was trying to learn how to wind mill I can do it but it's was a little sloppy.fast forward in life I now have a 9 yr old and a 11 yr old nephew who are into dancing and one day I felt like dancing too and so I brought back my choppy windmill and the reaction I got from them took me by surprise it was like the greatest thing they've ever seen!so now I look up a video to improve my windmill......bro I think I've found what I'm looking for, u pointed out the specifics I've missed like popping up to my head that is the key to fixing the choppyness!!thanks! Whish I had this in high-school but it's a lot sweeter now

Just practice. I am 31, out of shape, and 30 lbs overweight. If I am practicing this stuff anyone can... I have seen people in their 70s doing this stuff. If they can do it, anyone can. That is why Alex is here to teach us to practice these things.
the last video was nice, comments were off so writing here, such natural parts of video feels more connected. Keep those cuts/bits in the video. IT also makes us realise that it is a breakdown to learn but yes might be or might not be easy for everyone. Good Luck for the next one.
