Ahh, refreshing! I'd bet that Mnt. water is good and cold! Some ppl still stop on the side of roads and get spring water that trickles off an embankment off a hill or Mnt. side. A trickle, ok, the ground has filtered a lot of that but some folks don't think carefully with other water: Standing or a swift current. Standing water is a sess pool lol moving water can be worse..ya never know what may lay near or in it upstream. If ever required, drink a lil at a time, catch rainwater, morning dew and do get any steam moisture from boiled salt water...the steam becomes desalinized when boiled and drinkable. Hey, always do your due diligence and learn from better sources than myself! I know very lil about survivalist techniques. I'm thankfully I learned something from them.
