Windows 10 - Parental Control Watch More Videos at: www.tutorialspoint.com/videot... Lecture By: Mr. Pavan Lalwani, Tutorials Point India Private Limited.
Thanks for sharing really appreciated , can you please tell me how to change the week days to set the limit for installed app. i will wait for your response as soon as you see this comments thanks
Good video, thanks! But if your child has local account in Windows 10 - internal parental control does not work. Why? (on W7 all was Ok) Should I use others parental controls, eg Time Boss, Net Nanny or others?
Werner Frost 👈🏻 If you’re an Admin on Windows 10, you can uninstall anything. If TB is somehow trying to block him from removing it, then your child can disable the service and uninstall it, or gut it manually from the Registry. There’s no way an Admin can’t remove the program. If he can’t, then his user profile is NOT in the local Administrators group.
Steve Hartman 👈🏻 That’s how my eldest is setup on the laptop I loaned him for school (online), plus this free service that helps me track and block apps and sites as needed. So far so good. 👍🏻
@@timetriad6199 TB blocks regedit for child (with admin rights). TB service is not visible in Windows service panel... :( and it always starts when stops
On the Parental Control if I want a child to be limited to access only the appropiate videos on YOU TUBE, How I can do it since I didn't find a YOU TUBE app appropriated for his age?
To block content on a external site, you most likely can't use a program. You have to use functions which are provided by the external site (e.g. youtube) On RU-vid there are 2 ways (which I know). Firstly: If you are logged in on RU-vid, in the settings there is the function to block of inappropriated Videos and Videos which are rated 18+. The other way is to use an RU-vid account; where the age is set to the child's age. Therefor inappropriate Material will not be shown.
Please tell me how to block Mine Craft and Fortnite games? No matter what controls i put, my kids are breaking them!!! 🤔 i use opendns as my DNS server and their games blocking options also doesn’t work! Looks like they have found a way to circumvent any control!!!
Yes, block minecraft and fortnite, and maybe they will do something more positive like drugs. Actually, block Fortnite. Be a good parent and enforce time limits. 1 hour after you get home from school, and 1 hour before you go to bed. Stuff like that.
Yes, but my son has Admin account on PC, so I need to use Time Boss Pro... Additional I can connect to his PC remotely from my PC, from my Android and can change remaining time, check screenshots and logs...
Wow, no privacy huh? Time limits I'm fine with, BUT SCREEN SHOTS? Tell me, when you were a kid, what did you keep from your parents? Imagine if they followed you around your whole life, also known as helicopter parenting. This ends up pushing them away from you and making them have mild anxiety.
@@tomgarrett3480 Hey, Tom and Dan Garrett? Any relation with OP? Also yes you could, however it wouldn't be guaranteed that you would have to do it. Like they left it on "by accident"
I see the video is detailed and good, but didn't have time to watch it by now. But, why is so f*cking hard to set up parental control on win10 i really dont understand. It should be easy and not so complicated as it is. Had already lost my mind few times when attempting to set the parental control. This is a really shitty procedure made by microsoft!
