Other projects might require this so video left. Shows use of unsigned drivers on Windows 7/Vista 64-bit. This video shows you how to perform this action in the easiest manner possible. Note you need to do this every time you boot and use the hardware. I suggest you 'hibernate' or 'sleep' your computer to avoid needing to go through this hassle.

in win7 this is not entirely ok because you need to do this EVERY TIME you reboot PC. is there any other way to disable PERMANENTLY driver signature enforcement in win7? or better, is there anyway to remove the yellow icon without reboot? and work from there?

Not a practical solution, unless you are exceptionally mad at your F8 key or just enjoy repeatedly mashing it to death every time Windows boots...

But how do you do it permanently. Bcdedit doesn't work for me because the BCD store is not in c:/boot/BCD and I have no clue how to find where it is...

is unable in any way to install an unsigned drive, since several procedures like: restart on imposition by pressing f8 ;; also in cmd with the code "bcdedit / set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS" ;; also in gpedit.msc -> config user / administrative models / system / driver installation / code signing for device drivers / click enable / under options below: When Windows detects driver file without digital signature: put "ignore " Please, what are you holding back? obs: the drive works on another computer

Whenever I hit F8 and get to the boot menu the only thing what shows up are the safe modes etc but not the disable driver signature enforcement what to do?

Does this disable sound? I think mine disables it and I don't know how it does it, I've tried a lot of ways to turn it on like checking services, device manager and other software's to turn it on but no luck. I have to disable the driver signature since my mouse and keyboard won't work after OS booting, I think that when my system automatically updated itself, something went wrong and now every time I start windows normally, that problem occurs and I have to go through disabling driver signature to make it work although there is no sound, please help if anyone know how to fix this... thanks

Dang... Asus reused the F8 button for their own boot menu. Instead you'll have to wait for the BIOS boot menu to clear, but hit it right before the Windows screen comes up! Timing will be critical...

i tried this on my Asus Sabertooth x58 after that my mouse keyboard and monitor wont turn on does anyone have a solution to this? anyway to reverse it? i cant use my monitor at all nor the keyboard the mouse show signs of it getting power (the optical light stays on)

found it: This for some can be straight forward. At boot up hit F8 and select the option in the menu for unsigned drivers. This will allow you to load the drivers. However on my system I couldn't do this and instead got BIOS boot options. So another way to allow loading of unsigned drivers is 1. Open Windows 7 2. Press Win+R keys together to open the run dialog box and type - gpedit.msc 3. Expand the folders in order or - - - . 4. On the right you will see a icon , double click that 5. Click button at the top, and at the bottom to ignor any signature check. 6. hit apply, ok and close everything 7. Reboot
