I'm feeling blue when it comes to the desktop color scheme - but it also marked the return of the safe to shutdown screen that we saw in Windows 95/98 (at the same time, windows is shutting down no longer appears when you shut down the system). Yep, the illegal operation error changed wording by this build... as well as switching from a critical stop to an exclamation icon.

2 files in this build has the version "5.50.5116.1". So it means that there can be a Windows Neptune Build 5116.

It's possible, but it's not a reliable indicator that the build exists.

@@Sonicrush007I know, it's unconfirmed. Nearly all Neptune builds except 5111 are from ME betas.

Luckily I keep the raw footage for a long time so I can give a good answer to this. From the beginning (setting BIOS) to when I first made it to the desktop, it was about 30 minutes.
