I'm making research on Mexican wine! They've been winning contests worldwide. We'll be hearing from them more and more. I'll be happy to share full information (in English of course), if you're willing to make a video on that new topic at some point.
I would love to know more about Mexican wine. I've enjoyed many of the bottles that I've had but it's a difficult industry to get information on, especially when I'm located in a place like Seattle. I would love to cast on it and would be grateful for any information that you would be willing to share. I would credit you, of course, for any information I used in a future video. You can reach me at unknownwinecaster@gmail.com. Thank you and cheers!
Hello! That's a subject I think about a lot but have tended to stay away from because of the contentious nature of the topic (at least as far as it relates to soil type). I have some free time this summer, though, and I'm thinking of using part of it to really become informed about the state of the question and then do my best to cast on it. So, with any luck, I may have something to say by August (though who knows if anyone will want to hear it). Cheers!
Someone might want to correct me on this but I just wanted to add some trivia to what you said about Satèn. I assume it derives from the satin weaving technique used in the textile industry. This makes the cotton (or whatever) come off as more soft and elegant. Anyways, great video!
Hello. You should expect a cast (maybe 2 casts) on Sherry in either late June or early July of this year. It's a complicated topic and I need some free time to put things together properly and I should have some around that time. I'm actually looking forward to doing it. Cheers and thank you for asking!
The Unknown Winecaster thank you very much..Yes its true that is very complicated topic about sherry..even though fino sherry is difficult to understand... Thanks again.and Cheers
