Adam could you do some tubes about Bong sau from the first form and its use .. some say it shouldnt be used against a high attack not lifting the shoulders.. it sounds all good, but getting attack by a taller guy (they always attack smaller people..!) But then it is completely useless. So what do one do with the first form?

Also it can be used to catch another weapon and lock it by twisting.

It is my experience that the faster a "teacher" talks, the less trustworthy they are, because they are either talking fast to try to confuse you, or they don't want to give you time to think about whether what they do is effective or not. This goes double when the "target" is a human who makes 1 attack and then freezes while the "master" does 15 movements
