It's because he is showing it way too fast. Master level demonstration won't teach you any details of the form, which are crucial for proper practice.

There is a way, consistency and mindfulness, you can do it! Half an hour a day 7 days a week, its actually easy.

But neither are the point of the form. Why is he doing the three repetitions following the punches? It's not so it looks fast. Wing Chun is a conceptual system - there is a concept being demonstrated here, and at the speed it is being shown, it's not being demonstrated very well. As noted elsewhere, there is also supposed to be energy in these movements.

Full first form

Basically wrist extentions and contractions with one arm and then with the other, and some moves with the arms in sync and a couple of fisting movements, break it down

Wing chun is done with relaxed muscles, all the power depends on form and breathing.

Imagine calling someone's demonstration a disgrace with that kind of grammar. oof. Furthermore, from what I understand, Wing Chun doesn't "block" nor is it about being the strongest. "There will always be someone faster and stronger, focus on being the smart one."
