I honestly wasn't feeling Tommy at first, but after these first few episodes he's absolutely essential. The instinct to go into a pity stream is second nature for Boogie and Wings, we need someone like Tommy to snap these two back into reality. Other than that, this podcast is fantastic. I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I have! Keep up the great work.

This podcast has been really entertaining but someone needs to stop Boogie from constantly playing the victim and making everyone feel sorry for him.

Wings cannot and will not ever be able to take any criticism. He is too emotional and thinks people are attacking him when they are literally just saying facts.

Wings is so disingenuous with why he was kicked from PKA .. it wasnt just the camping trip, it was everything around it. Wings was so incredibly rude to all of them, wings was financially helping people who was attacking woodys wife and child on the internet, demanded his co hosts do him favours like woody renovating his entire desk, etc, and Wings being unreliable to do the show.. the camping trip was something wings said he wanted to do, and even talked trash to lefty who said he didnt want to go.. on the literal day of the trip, at the final hour, kyle called wings saying "hey man probably time to leave" he goes "i aint doing dat mess" and let his co hosts figure it out.. just zero regard for other people

Wings has used food and that tornado box he lives in as a big self-imposed prison as his attempt to keep out his problems instead of facing them. He's always been able to ignore, block, and ban anyone who presses him (regardless of trolls) and never has to face his bad opinions directly like he did here with Joon. He always deals with the aftermath because he doesn't know how to handle the encounter itself. He's been cut off from reality for a long time. Think about it, besides paying bills, getting food and gas, he never interacts with anything more diverse than Kelly's family. The crying was him coming to realization that no matter how much he lies to himself, people see you HOW you are, and not what you THINK you are.

Boogie actually 100% CORRECT for once: your mental health is your OWN problem.

I sort of feel sorry for Joon. He was brought on and everyone kept going onto their own tangets during the talk and Tommy was just struggling to keep everything on track. He barely got to talk at all. I applaud Tommy for trying to keep thing running and in line and for Joon's patience with Wings. I would have probably snapped at him and lost it with as many excuses he had when trying to defend himself (especially when he didn't watch the work that Joon did in the video....but yet he wants to argue it).

This might be the one episode where we got to see the Wings that his trolls see. Here is a guy on his side, who might have in the past said harsh (but true) things, but always in a fair and non-trollish manner, and who is actively pulling for wings, and what does he do? He spends 20 minutes giving criticism that has zero basis, constantly needles the dude, and then proceeds to refuse to step off his provably false statements. Wings, fam. I have really liked you on this podcast so far, it's proven a lot of what is said about you is just bullshit. But right here? This was you at your very worst. You really needed to either from the get go say "Yeah I didn't watch it and I have no comments" or if you feel like you did see enough to feel shitty about this dude, have stepped off once you were shown to be wrong. There is nothing wrong, with being wrong. But when you dig in your heels and refuse to budge is when you stop being a relatable dude, and become a lolcow.

I get how Wings feels about PKA. I have dealt with moderate to severe depression and anxiety for most of my life, and I know the feeling of wishing people would be more tolerant and accommodating. The thing is that's just not how it works. People don't view mental illness the same way as a broken bone or something like that, and you still need to meet obligations and if you can't you need to inform people ahead of time so they can make other arrangements. It doesn't always feel fair to the person suffering but it's still what is expected of all of us. So to expect everyone to take your side about the survival trip just isn't realistic. You backed out at the last second and fucked over your friends. Depressed or not people are going to hold you accountable for something like that. It's just the way it is. And as someone who suffers depression you need to think ahead and do your best not to let your illness become the problem of everyone else around you, it's just the considerate thing to do.
