Hi Bernard this is the Flux 40L. The wide tail allows the board to create lift like a wing when submerged making it easier to get to the surface, once up the semi-displacement hull efficiently transitions from moving through the water (displacement) to planning which give it incredible low end for its size: omenfoils.com/products/flux
