what is the brown adapter for the ignition wire called ? i didnt get that piece and can that part plug into the fuse box ?

What wire do I tap into with the brown plug part? I have everything hooked up besides that part.

I wire my two red wires to my battery lights works fine but my green light stays on in my switch

The light is on because the power source is always hot due to it connected directly to the battery, if main power was given from the Battery and the second wire was connected with Ignition etc it would light up with that
