Winnebago Revel- Bathroom- EVERYTHING you ever wanted to know about it! Toilet Dumping, Shower.. 

I never thought that I would spend 22 minutes watching a tiny bathroom video, but you guys made it very entertaining.

Your Revel videos are very informative and way more practical than anything else on the internet. All of us who aspire to own a Revel thank you for doing them.

My wife and I bought out Revel yesterday for my 1500 trip. Tonight I had to research why my toilet filled up after I took a shower and I'm drying off and I hear the toilet filling filling more... And oh good it's filled. Luckily the toilet has NEVER YET used it. But for the first trip out and a lot of money later, there is an issue. Finally, after reading and research hours of stupid videos. You GAVE ME MY ANSWER. So thank you and I will get er' fixed. 😂 And yes, I will subscribe. Haha

This overview of the Revel Lav is the best overall that i have seen on a Wetbath in General. The bonus was the Cassette! The shot of you faking a drink out of the new one was classic, and appreciated both of you and the humour involved! Well done!!!! Thanks for the video, they've all been so helpful! I didn't know the vent had the up/down handle to open (oops). I agree the wet bath & use of space is ingenious. It's amazing to be on a mountain in 20 degree temps & miles from anything, enjoying a hot shower. The cassette is great for us, no need to worry about finding or paying for dump stations. Once we got the hang of it, emptying has been easy and painless.

Wow, fantastic video! I always wonder whether the small bathroom would stink up badly after using the toilet (since no other RU-vidrs ever mentioned whether the overhead fan is actually strong enough to remove unwanted odors)...AND the biggest question I've had is how do you wheel a cassette full of crap through a Starbucks, for example? Unless it's a rest stop (for example) where the door to the bathroom is outside the building, I can't imagine wheeling what's obviously a full cassette toilet through an establishment. You explained and demonstrated it well! Thanks so much.

Very good video. Before I would take the cassette into a public place, I would sew a black cover to put over it so it looks like you're pulling a suitcase. Appreciate your pros and cons of a few things.

Good job...it always looks small in videos but if you both can stand inside it says enough...thanks for the info. With 2 people doing "full use" with the toilet I imagine you're visiting Starbucks daily, LOL!😂. Hope you'll do a video on the lithium when it gets warm enough for airco.

Great stuff. Thanks! How about a 90 degree elbow fitting in the shower wall so that hose isn't jabbing you the whole time? Should hang straight down and then loop back up to the nozzle. Seems like an easy fix?

I never knew that you need to push up the toilet vent cover to use the vent fan. No wonder sometimes I feel the smell doesnt go away in my new Revel. Thanks

Great video thanks! Would love a link to the upgraded hose nozel for outside shower. Its also easy to hang a curtain off back doors instead of purchasing the outside shower stall enclosure... I love your videos especially the one of your initial walkthrough with dealer when you took possession. Many other dealers did not do such a good job explaining the systems so I have referred lots of new Revel owners to watch your video and I refer back to it often. Thank you!!!!! Also how/ where did you order the extra Thetford cassette? That’s a good “extra” to get just in case its ever needed... Is it on Amazon?

It's probably been said before, but for all your additions to the revel that you mention, include affiliate links! Saves us the grief of finding one that may not work, and it's a bit of passive income for you guys too :)

I'm sure you covered it, but I missed it. Where does the shower water go? Into the cassette as well? If not, how does that drain?

I had a cassette toilet in a camper. I used Chems and while not smelling pleasant it had more of a musty smell when dumping. No overly strong sewage smell. I would dump. Fill with some fresh water. Slosh. Empty. Add some Lysol all purpose cleaner (bleach is hard on the o-rings, slosh and rinse. No big deal.

Did you remove the switch assembly from the toilet to silicone it. Or did you silicone it just on top

Can you keep the release open in the toilet as you are using it, or does that serve as keeping odor out? If that product helps to disintegrate/breakdown and no unpleasant odor, I would think you could leave it open so 'the stuff' doesnt accumulate in the bowl?

Thinking of people with mobility issues - could they use the toilet as a shower chair while taking a shower?

Question of Shore water. when I hook up city water, how to i let it draing thru past the grey tank straight to the ground when im using sink and shower. Is that possible? or should i let it fill the grey tank first and then empty it from there. What the dimension size of the floor bamboo mat btw.. i need to get one at amazon. Thanks again

Hello, I just picked up my new Revel last week. Anyone have an easy 1, 2, 3 step instructions about how to work the solar system? When I start my Revel diesel engine, what are the settings and sequence for the knobs and buttons controlling the solar system? 1st do this...2nd do this...3rd do this...etc...turn this knob...push this button. I am confused and do not want to damage the system. Then when I shut down the van overnight, but not staying in the van...1st do this...2nd do this... Then I turn off the Sprinter Diesel engine but I’m staying in the van for the day or night. Turn off the Diesel engine...then do this...1st do this...2nd, etc. The batteries are not supposed to get below 10%...how do I avoid this? Sorry, I have read the manual over and over and still not sure what I am doing. Any help is appreciated. Wish Winnebago had a easy 1, 2, 3, 4 instructions for all systems. The manual is too out of sequence to me

I may be very naive, but that toilet looks like the solids would stick to the side of the bowl unless you had a perfect aim, so to speak. Without much water, how do you even brush the sides of the bowl down. It’d be awful if you had to scrub the bowl each morning, twice?? I love Winnebagos, but not sold on that bathroom. So sorry, but glad it works for you.
