Winnemucca, Nevada - Town Tour 

Before I retired in 2015, from the trucking industry, I had stayed in Winnemucca several times, but, was limited to parking my truck/trailer...and, therefore couldn't get out and sight see. I had no idea there was so much going on here! Wow! I plan to go full time RVing soon in a Roadtrek 190 so Winnemucca's definitely on my bucket list! Thanks for the excellent video! My family stayed at the Best Western Winnemucca Inn on our way from Kentucky to California when I was ten years old in 1966. It was the first time I had been west of the Mississippi River, and I was fascinated by the variety of people and landscapes in this country. I remember seeing my first slot machines in the lobby of the motel in Winnemucca. I passed through town again in the early 1990s, and went into the motel and asked a few questions. I don't think the section of the motel where we stayed is still standing, but I may be wrong about that. Where in this video was the old Humboldt Hotel? I love old hotels, and I have a few postcards of the place.

When "The flying pig BBQ" was there it was great, but "The Griddle "is a nice breakfast place.

I'm looking for people that live around Winnemucca. While I was passing through Winnemucca on the highway about a year ago in early 2018 I felt this weird spiritual warming sensation going throughout my body as I drove south of Winnemucca 15 miles for about 5 minutes as I drove south on the higway. Has anyone else ever felt this before or know about it? That same evening I drove through the same area and felt the same thing. Can anyone relate to this happening to them? You can feel this weird warm spiritual sensation going throughout your body. I'm LDS and can feel alot of things spiritually soo it makes me think that the highway through that area is on sacred indian burial ground. What do you guys think it is? Guys I'm not makeing this stuff up. It really happend and now I'm trying to figure out what it is. I know theres another story thats connected to the Winnemucca area about a natural spring way below the ground in the southern part of Nevada.

That Taco Time place is ridiculous. It is an injustice to tacos and burritos. They have nothing you'd expect to see at a normal burrito/taco joint. The most normal one was this burrito with hand-breaded chicken tenders, ranch dressing and a fuck load of cheese. I watched them make it on the assembly line, and right at the end, THEY THROW IT IN THE MICROWAVE! RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! They make no effort to hide the fact that they microwave your food. Shameless....
