And limits on how much of each deposit can earn interest, but the killer is the taxes on that earned interest. I'm just saying it's a whole ball of wax and not as easy as people think. For example FDIC covers 250K, so that's 400 accounts for 100 million. Would a bank even allow 400 accounts opened?

Today the home is in Hollywood Hills. In 5 years it will probably be in pieces at the bottom of the hill. I will never understand how contractors can get away with building homes on unstable hillsides as we have seen too many California homes slide and collapse during heavy rains. It already has a concrete facade footing holding up the hillside.

Upkeep costs are going to be MASSIVE! Personally, I prefer 100 acres and a comfortable, modest HOME…not just a fancy house. But this guy is a fool to go and buy a $25 million dollars mansion thinking he will never go broke. I get it he won $600 million after taxes, but if he was smart and had worked for that money he’d change states and buy himself a nice $10 million dollar home somewhere else. He’d also invest in a private militia consisting of 20 soldiers 24/7 all year. He’s gonna need all that, because he’s a multimillionaire now so yeah he is cursed.
