Alright a little advice for your last turn, before you start your turn and after your opponent does his turns, by a smear merchant, spin doctors ect. Since it is your last week the game will not penalize you -2 national enthusiasm, so you can spend as much money as you want on that turn. But always check if there is an event before it though
