@danielbond3298 I'm having a hard time understanding what your position is. You have a priest who is telling people they need to pray more. How to pray better and what to expect as you pray better and better, and this is leading us to hell?
IF ANYONE LISTENS TO FR. RIPPERGER FROM START TO FINISH WITHOUT GETTING TIRED AND BORED, HE'S ON THE RIGHT PATH. WHAT YOU HEAR FROM HIM, YOU WON'T GET ANYWHERE ELSE, THIS IS TRULY GOLD.
Couldn't agree more...and he's a spiritual athlete as well. I'd gone soft and he's dragged me up by the bootstraps. Sgt Major Ripperger we love you. Please knock us all into shape!! 😊
Hi all. I'm a 43 year old guy who was just admitted in graduate school (by my bosses' pressure). I am in a Seminar about Pure and Natural Sciences (Hard Sciences). I must prepare a conference about "Science and Religion". I am going to focus in Saint Thomas Aquinas' Way of Efficient cause. Much of my homework is based on Fr. Ripperger's lectures and Thomistic Institute videos. Pray for me. Perhaps the Lord can drive some fellow students into His Church using me as instrument. I will dedicate my PhD thesis to Our Lady of Sorrows. God bless you all.
Good luck, I’ll keep you in my prayers. I suggest you stay close to your guardian angel, the Blessed Mother, and the souls in purgatory. They’ll lead you to the right direction.
Ask your audience where the Physical Laws of the Universe existed prior to the Big Bang...Or ask them, if matter can not be created in a closed system, where did the initial matter come from for the creation of the universe (at the big bang)...and if you have any Mathematicians in the audience, ask them if the number 0 (zero) is the "absence of something" or "the presence of nothing" or is it something else???
I am 75 and I totally agree with your statement. Fr. Ripperger is well on his way to Venerable. I remember first listening to Bishop Sheen on a small black and white TV with my grandmother in the mid to late 50s. Venerable Fulton J Sheen pray for me!
I learned to say the Rosary since I was 9 years old. After work, my father used to take my sisters and I to say the Rosary and the Station of the Cross in houses in the neighborhood. One of us, carried a crucify, other, a bouquet of flowers, other, a candle and the other, a Rosary. We used to do this daily for many years. Many people got converted to Catholic. Those times were the best of our lives.
A Diocesan dying priest, recently said to me, to become Holy, your senses must be connected to the heart and your heart must be with God always. Thanks be to God for Fr. Ripperggers talks to inspire and encourage.
This video is for me.I’m a 57 year old woman ,completely lost focus on my spiritual life.May the Lord guide me through this wonderful talk.God bless everyone 🙏
To thoes who lost their spiritual path or connection: Please start saying the grace before eating with our father Hail Mary, Arch Angel Micheal, say it loud as if you are talking to someone across the table gradually you will see the miracle ❤Here is why? When you say it loud speacilay when you are at home the walls that surround you will observe the Energy and as you are eating your mind will be more consumed with the satisfactory of the prayer and the food and other things will be less into your mind and each time you feel other things is coming back as you eat in your mind pray Hail mary or AA Micheal prayer.. when you eat food without praying or blessing you consume/invite Evil 😈 into your body and everything start from food. That's why when you fast and pray that Demon gets weak and looses it's power... Trust me if you don't want to fast at least pray... Try to do the prayer in public and any gathering. If someone made a fun of you , it's great because then you know who is being lead by Demon so either you can help the person or get distance from that person...Because devil would do anything to humilit us 😮then if you feel comfortable casually you can say that by doing the prayer you keep the devil out from your body, soul and home...oneday that person may do the same or may come and talk to you about it , we never know when are we supposed to help people in Jesus's Name. One more thing when you walk or seating in your car pray , pray, pray,...do Rosary daily and 3 o'clock prayer ..Anytime you have hard time say Rosary prayer ..These are miracle prayers ... trust me it works !
Amazing how disciplined we were growing up....6am get up morning prayer...12 midday pray ...6pm pray supper...Saturday 5pm Confession ....every morning 7am Holy Mass....every Sunday 8am Holy Mass .....old fashion Catholic way....then the world came in
The world has always been like this. Maintaining a disciplined prayer life has always been attacked. I think it’s a mistake to imply that there was sometime in the past where evil had less influence. These are issues that every generation has to confront and commit to, it’s always the same then and now. And Christ has already won, same today as back then. No point romanticizing the past rather than just doing what needs to be done today.
@@Seliz463 How do you know "what needs to be done today" when you dismiss an elder trying to teach you from the past? You didn't get to live in that past. Culture CAN deteriorate over time, civilizations DO rise and fall... It is important to REMEMBER that a community CAN enforce social norms and disciplines that are GOOD...such as no phonecalls or friends during the dinner hour. That's how our whole community lived! Dinner time was sacred. Sunday a.m. was sacred. The elderly, clergy, and especially parents, were honored.
@BitsyBee it's easy for someone who hadn't lived the past that you have to make generalizations about it. It's pretty sad. The discipline was stronger back then. That was more expected and taught. People have generally become lazier. More worldly things to occupy the mind and more things to be coveted. Yes, the world has always had these problems, but these days they are greater, and that is why so many are lost and away from God. Romanticism of the past is just a phrase as far as I'm concerned. There are things from the past that are to be cherished and brought forth into the future. Once we let some things slip, it's very difficult to bring back some of the glory that used to be.
Amen! And in Jesus's name, may God and all His angels protect Fr. Ripperger as he battles the adversary. May we learn from Him how to practice the spiritual warfare Jesus taught. Unbelievers are no prize to the adversary, but warriors like Fr. Rip and anyone who seeks his Holy Spirit wisdom ARE. Fight, followers, fight! May God bless you and keep you and Fr. Rip! In Jesus's name, Amen.
I feel the same way as well, it’s like I really want a place in heaven even if it’s the last of the very last level, cz am struggling so much with my conscience to become the image MY GOD is asking of me.
I visit an exorcist (confession) as often as possible. Under the Priest request, and after many years in the church I am finally praying my rosary daily. Last night I was stroke by lightning on my way home, other than the shock nothing happened to me. I am convinced that God spared my life. Many miracles have happened since. All the Glory to God.
As a child, we prayed the Rosary every evening after supper. A friend would stop to see if we could play and we'd tell them what we were doing and couldn't come outside until finished, friends would say, "what?" It got to where we left saying the Rosary. Back in 2020, our bishop let churches be open so people could pray. I returned to the Rosary, thanks to my 95 year old cousin who is a very prayerful lady - morning, noon and night. God bless her.
Listening to Fr. Ripperger is like trying to drink from a fire hose! But I'm thirsty for his message. I am going to listen to this 3-4 times. Makes me feel young in the faith again! WHAT A BLESSING!
I desire to be a saint. I desire to be close to God. I’m going to become a Dominican friar once I get my bachelors, I will follow the evangelical counsels to a T, and I will grow in virtue to be closer to the Lord. Amen!
You're on the wrong path my friend, you can become a saint simply by accepting Jesus as your personal Savior, that's all you need to do. You're delusional if by perusing your path to become a friar will bring you closer to God. He will reject you become you're adhere to a man made tradition.
I like when he said the praying the Holy Rosary is a sign of predestination. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 And it’s actually 1 of the 15 promises! Let’s pray the Holy Rosary everyday!
I find those who have an aversion to saying it even partially, seem to be letting their ego in the way. Or are clinging to some thread of sin, they aren’t ready to let go of.
@danielbond3298 the Bible was put together by Catholic bishops and different councils about 400 years after Christ. Chapters & verses were added in the early 1200’s by an Archbishop named Stephen Langton. I see your comment all over Catholic RU-vid’s. Since the Catholic Church put the bible together, I’m sure we know how to interpret it. Yes look up who put the Bible together in your local library, encyclopedia or just google it. Look up who started your Church. Go visit the exact spot in Bethlehem where Jesus was born, it’s a Catholic Church. Go visit the exact spot where Jesus was Crucified, it’s also a Catholic Church.
@@Georgealkass394 I thanked God for giving me ALS because it has brought me so much Closer to Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. I was a Catholic Evangelist in Las Vegas NV where i handed out 10,000 Miraculous Medals and 10,000 Rosaries on the Strip in LV over two years. Holy Spirit helped me get a former Baptist to become Catholic and he is now a Catholic priest!
Oh Edward! My father had ALS.... be was 58 when be passed away after a long battle with it. He would have been 75 this year. im sending you lots of hugs 🥺💞 I know my father is in heaven right now rejoice and praising God in his new body and I will see him again one day. May God bless you with courage, a stronger faith and that you feel HIs presence daily.
1 John 5 kJV ♥️ 13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. ✝️ Gospel 🩸 1 Corinthians 15 kJV 1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: ✝️🩸 Romans 3 kJV 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 1 Timothy 1 kJV 15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
This sermon is richly packed with so many spiritual points. NOW I realize and not just know that sometimes when you submit to temptation, you can clearly see your not as righteous as you thought you were. The outcome is humility and the knowledge of how much you depend on God's grace to stay on the narrow path. Gabby you're awesome. You have blessed so many and more than you will possibly ever know while on earth. God bless you brother in Christ. 🕯️👍🏼🕯️
When I started praying I lost interest in playing an online game I had taken to playing everyday and I’d started spending £ on it. Amazing! I just no longer had any inclination to play it! Definitely miraculous. I’m unwell and there are many things I can’t do BUT praying is something I can do no matter what! 🙏🏻
Can I encourage you to change your words slightly for you are 'word sowing' for a future day.....I'm unwell, I can't. Scripture encourages us to speak life and health over ourselves. I CAN do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Pray and give thanks into the spiritual realm and I look forward to you having a testimony for the Lord 🙌
Father Ripperger I will pray God to admit you in Heaven among his saints. The faithful could ask for your intercession to strengthen their faith and fight evils. God bless you Father. Everything about you is a gift from the Almighty God and we thank him for this grace.
I was just praying about this the past few days and even spoke to my brother about it. I asked God to speak to me because I’m clueless and terrible at reading hints. So God sends me this video with Fr. Ripperger who does NOT water down his words and proceeds to tell me all my problems AND how to fix them. Thank you so much for posting and being obedient to our Lord. God bless you.
I never knew that praying wasn't deamed to be a habit but a virtue of religion 🤔. Thank you, God, for the virtue of religion. Now, I pray for the virtue of consistency 🙏 😊
I sense in his humility the man of whom his referring to that did the 40 day fasting was him himself just by how he then continued to explain how it went. I love how holy priests are so generous in preaching and humble at the same time. God grant us many good and holy priests.
If you say, “I know somebody” but it’s u, isn’t it a lie? Exorcist has a team of prayerful people and he said he choose them …. he encountered lot of holy people.
I know another man who water fasted for 6 days a week, for 5 consecutive weeks. Every Sunday, no Catholic is morally allowed to fast, because Sunday is a celebration of Christ's rising from the grave of death, ie., eternal Easter. Bear that in mind when you do a prolonged fast. 🙏
@@edauvaa1730that would actually be harder on the body than 40 days straight. Most people when they break a prolonged fast will have diarrhea for the first day and some up to 3 days after even when resuming the fast.
I know somebody can include and mean yourself. I know myself..as a somebody. Do not think it is a lie, especially in a talk when you do not want to draw attention to 'self '
I agree - Fr Ripperge'rs recommendation. 7 sorrows chaplet and St Louis de Montfort consecration and you come right under Mary's mantle at the foot of the cross and you just stay there...🙏☺️💕
Hey! What he said about defects just dissipating is so true! It'd a great way he descibed it. Like, that's what i tell people. The anger and sadness i had just slipped away. There wasn't a big moment. It just faded away for me over time. :)
Fr. Ripperger, you are speaking to my heart. Every night I plan to be disciplined with my prayer the following day. But when the morning comes, I cave. Thank you for your words 🙏
I love Fr. Ripperger. He has taught me so much! I ask God to protect him, so he can continue to help people. Thankyou Gabriel for bringing FR.Ripperger to your chanel. ❤May God give you the strength to continue. 😊
I was run over by a ten ton forklift .Completely crushed I was in a electric wheelchair and in hospital constantly for twentysix years .I went to confession and mass everyday for two years , I got sick went into the hospital and walked out of the hospital Christmas Eve and walked into midnight Mass I say three Rosaries a day do an hour of adoration and Mass everyday . My Spiritual director said I'm gonna be completely healed . Blessed Mother' has a plan for me .Three nuns said I'm going on a Mission .lol What mission I don't know lol Just gonna keep praying lol
I met Father Rippenger a week ago at the Call to Holiness conference in MI. I simply asked for his blessing. I have to watch one of his videos at least 2 or 3 times per month to be reminded of the work in front of me. God bless you all!
This man of the line of Melchizedek is blessing us with his encyclopedic knowledge and delivery of beliefs at a time in our history that is needed the most!
Lord Jesus please through the intersection of our Lady Mary please remember me, forgive my sins and never abandon me and my family. Do not turn your back on me, please do not take your grace away from me. Never leave me empty and lonely. Please Lord remember the love of mother Mary and how she cared for you as a helpless baby. Please do not abandon me in time of helplessness. I need you Lord. Mother Mary please come to my aid
I’ve been trying to up my prayers this last week. And I’ve noticed two things. 1. The devil is trying to stop me. 2. The prayers give me energy; I don’t need as much sleep. If I for some reason can’t complete all the prayers (because of #1) I miss it. It’s like my day is not complete.
I just discovered Fr. Ripperger's videos yesterday and I am thrilled by this opportunity to learn more about God and the Church. There is so much at our disposal as Catholics, that if we open our minds and hearts to it, the graces we receive will be unbelievable.
I actually had that happen to me once...just walking along, then crossing the sandy railroad tracks through a small clearing in the brush on the California Coast near Davenport, and 3 seconds -- and I mean three seconds, 3 steps later a Train goes zipping behind me. I turned and could see the stunned look of amazement on the Engineer's face. I most likely had that same incredulous look on my face when we locked eyes. I remember thinking, I didn't hear a train whistle or even metal upon metal as the train wheels ran across the tracks. Another instance my Guardian Angel needs to be recognized and thanked for saving my life when I was too oblivious of what was going on in my surroundings. Where would I be without the Grace of God? 😅🙏✝️🕊❤
49:55 What a delightful laugh! I’ve listened to a lot of Fr. Ripperger talks on RU-vid, but I think this is the first time I’ve heard him laugh. Why does this make me so happy?
One of hardest obstacles for me is fatigue, when im tyred it's sometimes really hard to concentrate, pray and meditate. But i give to God all that i have at that moment, i ask for help, and compation for my situation and my weaknesses. It is life long road to perfection, and strugle is what it will always be, not only because i have to battle with my self , but sometimes i feel like whole army of eveil spirits is doing all that i don't pray. Thank you Fr. Rippenger for your teachings, it helps so much, you are a blessing to whole world. And thanks to Gabi's channel for posting this gem! God bless you all!
Very true , I have a prayer room at home , it’s where I prayer most mornings , 6 am 7 days a week , Prayer books , rosary beads , candles , religious statues. I v had many graces from god . Peace , and joy . God bless fr . The miracle prayer 🙏 I framed also . Holy water and the oils of healing from Gozo Malta . Listening to you from 🇦🇺📿🙏
I found a tabernacle at an antique shop years ago and went home without purchasing it. I couldn't stop thinking about. What if someone who isn't catholic buys it?!!! I called the shop and asked if it was still there. I drove there without hesitation and now it is adorned with my holy candles, statues, rosary, douay-rheims bible....I recommend for everyone to have a sacred space to pray. God bless you Fr Ripperger 🙏
@@Murlo. May the Lord bless you for saving that tabernacle from possible dishonor. I knew a lady who proudly showed me the antique altar rail she used in her home as a room divider. I was horrified and could never return to her house.
👍🏼 Thank you Holy Spirit for putting this talk in front of me after hitting snooze and foregoing morning Mass today. Got up for a PT appt, then home to eat before errands. This appeared on my screen. Meant for me and an impactful holy nudge to not snooze through morning Mass; to stick to disciplined religion. Fr. R nails the hard stuff, but always gives us hope. Thank you, Father!
I wish I had all day to listen to Fr. Ripperger. ! just absolutely amazing how he always makes me want to raise my mind to God and all things holy 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
No matter how you feel , pray. Be consistent and pray from the heart. Strive to pray from the heart. Pray from your tears. Seek forgiveness for your sins. Seek true penitence.

It's always a pleasure to listen to Father Chad Ripperger. Every time I'm learning more about our great catholic religion. Thank you, Father. May God bless you with more wisdom and grace.
I hope there are more recorded talks from this retreat. Parts 1 & 2 have been very informative. I appreciate the time put into recording and uploading. Thank you 🙏🏻
Thank you Father Ripperger. I have listened twice in the past month. The next time I listen I will take notes because I know there is much here I can’t risk forgetting. I want to love God with all my heart and soul and because of you I know not to get discouraged by lack of feeling now, but to keep saying and doing what He wants and it will come. You have made a big impact on me. ❤

"Charity is the love of God and the love of one's neighbor for God's sake". "Grace perfects nature". "Grace provides what is lacking in nature". "Sanctifying grace is the Holy Spirit dwelling in the human soul". "Effeminacy is the love of pleasure and the unwillingness to pursue what is harduous". This is my favorite talk I've heard Fr Ripperger do in my studies thus far. Astonishing insight and delivered with such clarity and precision. God bless you and thank you Fr Ripperger for your inspiration and wisdom.
I recently came around and realized that God not only loved me in spite of my sins and lack of repentance. Now after thinking I was going to live a sinless life after going to confession and feeling the Holy Spirit with me. I was very PROUD, even cocky and I fell hard but I didn't stay down. Learning more and more while staying humble now. God Bless you all.
This talk helped me find the answer as to why these nasty feelings and thoughts kept hounding me at this stage of my spirituality. Thank you Fr. Ripperger.
