We finally got a 1st pace win at a Pro-am Formula Drift License event! This was such a special to finally bring Selena to the podium and such a full circle moment for me.
Big Dillon is the ultimate hype man!! God I love that guy. You can tell TJ feels proud when Dillon comes up and congratulates him and pumps him up. Everybody needs a “BiG D” on their team ❤🤘🏻 Valvoline car looks sick.
I don't think TJ would do well in FD anytime soon because this comp looked very soft ball in terms of other drive quality (it looked like everyone was following extreme covid rules when chasing) but one massive advantage he has over LZ is his extreme amount of patience when drifting and learning better driving in comparison. I think TJ has a better potential than LZ and see him getting more podiums in the same amount of seasons honestly.
Who takes it? I think LZ has a lot more wheel time and seems to be his main occupation. TJ wheels amazing for someone who doesn’t get the same wheel time but I think LZ crush’s him
Exactly, he was originally wanting to sell it a few times but a combination of Sabrina, Hunter, Adam, Grant and other people telling him to keep it and not sell it but also, Adam offered to work on it and fix the issues with it through DriftHQ. Thats the only reason why he still has it or else he wouldve sold it long ago with the built engine it has from Rad Dan separately as it had the stock motor still in it

TJ your driving this year has been amazing and I honestly feel like you are ready for prospec in formula drift because with the level of driving you showed this year is about almost the level that is in prospec if not prospec might be a bit better. Congrats on 1st and try to go for the gold!

I know a petition isn’t the way you wanna do it but why not? You easily have enough experience driving with FD drivers and all of the different comps you have done. I selfishly would love to see a Hunt & Co X LZMFG Drift Team

At one point I always thought TJ was the better drifter than Adam but Adam just has more experience by far but TJ has a higher potential if he continues to drive consistently has Adam does
Great driving, not so great pit work to let the car go to the line that low on fuel but it worked out. Absolute ripper of a Z car. Even with the side bite issues they have TJ drove the hell out of it. A bigger nitrous shot for the battle with that E-36 to make sure it doesn’t walk away in the power ally.
10:24 bro, PLEASE do not run your gas tank low intentionally, leaning out your engine due to fuel starvation can grenade your pistons etc. sick driving tho, can’t wait to see you go FD pro!!
Financially it could make a lot of sense for both of them to make a team they could get double the sponsors and with their youtube channels im sure brands would want to sponsor them for their audiences. They could be some of the first drivers actually making a profit in FD and not just a big money pit like everyone else.
