715 detached houses sold in June with an average selling price of $452,613. That is a 1.54% increase from May. One thing to notice is that many properties sold for less than asking however there were a number of properties that still sold for over asking.

39 side by sides sold and the average selling price was $356,860 which is a decrease of 0.88% from May. There 67 side by sides for sale at this time.
For the North Kildonan area (MLS 3F and 3G)
21 detached houses sold in June. 12 of these sold for over asking price. The average selling price was $422,943 which is an increase of 5.92% from May and an increase of 12% from May 2021. There are a total of 10 detached houses on the market today priced from $249,900 (which are 2 small houses on Springfield more suitable for investors) to $429,900. 7 of these listings have been on the market less than 15 days.
Attached (side by sides)- The average selling price was $290,000 which is even with what happened in May 2021 and an 8.05% decrease from May this year.
Only one concrete-built condo unit sold in June in this area for over asking price.
For Concrete built Apartment condos with 1100-1450 sq ft living space and indoor parking, the average selling price was $376,570. That is 13.34% increase from May. Last year in June the average selling price was $329,385.
For East St Paul- 11 houses sold in June from $440,000-$1,230,000 and only 3 sold for over asking price. There are 16 houses for sale in East St Paul priced from $339,900 -$1,990,000. 7 of these have been on the market for longer than a month.
2 condos sold both for over $500,000.
