WinNTSetup 3 - Install Windows 8.1 from ISO 

Is it possible to install and run Windows onto the USB thumb drive? What would you set the 'Boot Drive' to? When I select the thumb drive, I don't get the green icons (MBR/BOOTMGR PBR/BOOT PART) and get an error as it runs the setup.

bro, how do u get bootmgr pbr and mbr to be highlighted in green? with me only the third one goes in green

Is there a way to cancel this one you assign the location of the boot drive?
