god i really hope it's not cause it's so sad to me how we have ai make art while humans need to fight to make a living. they could take away the repetitive work but we let them do the things that would make us happy instead.

She always credits the artist whenever she makes a post of someone's art or photo on instagram, so the visuals are most likely created exclusively for these songs by the label commissioning artists (and when the cover art is created specifically for the product, the artists are usually not credited), at least this is my inference :)

I sincerely hope you're paying customers if you're demanding or expecting receipts from the artist.

@@uncannyvalley2113 No. There is nothing basic about what you're talking about. What you're talking about is a concept from 2023. A debate about which computer programs are morally acceptable for someone to use for certain purposes. And you are applying that concept to an artist posting their music for free to the world. Because this is a free video from the artist, it's nobody else's business which programs they did or did not use. That is between the artist, and who or what they chose to design their visualizers. Unless of course you've paid for or contributed financially for this artwork. Then by all means, be entitled to where that money is spent. If not, you are entitled to nothing but your own opinion. And *actual basic decency,* which dates back further than an 8-month-old debate about AI art, is about treating people the way you'd like to be treated. And you expect musicians to do what now? To explain how their visualizers in a free youtube vid are produced? Because it *might* involve AI?? By that logic, everything is bad. "Oh you eat food farmed via fossil fuels? You're literally destroying the earth. You should stop eating food unless you grow it without any carbon footprint. Otherwise you're just part of the problem. And that goes for transportation and any consumerism on your part." These are standards to hold governments, corporations and industrial leaders to. And unless you personally have some evidence that Winona Oak has stolen something from someone... she, nor any other artist are under any obligation to explain anything to you about a free youtube vid they posted of their own music. If you happen to be a professional artist, concerned about the use of AI art... your fight is certainly not with musicians who post free youtube vids. Your fight is with people charging money for their visual arts, and keeping a higher profit by cutting out the artists altogether. And I support that effort. And collective bargaining in general with ethical labor laws. Especially when it comes to Hollywood studios trying to replace their workers with AI. This isn't that. This isn't anything close to that. Thanks for taking the time to think about it.
