That happened to Girls Generation. They took care of a kid not long after they debuted and then they met the kid again not too long ago and he's like a teenager now. They were able to recognize him instantly despite not seeing him since a baby, was super wholesome.

Same it’s really funny I took care of my sister since she was 1 month old and it was relatively easy and a friend of my mother son around 2-3 month old it was really difficult when your taking care of a kid that doesn’t know you .

The higher-ups would rather female talents, who are sexually active (which lets be real here there's probably not a lot of time for that stuff), be experimenting and sexually active with another female if they are so inclined, rather the talent do that than with the males.
