I have these pair exactly. They're super comfortable, I love them so much I just ordered a second pair, but different color. I live in Miami and wear these.
How are they in terms of water protection and breathability? I drive for FedEx and thought my suede and leather sneakers would cut it but I come home with soggy and cold shoes everyday. I'm not too concerned with anything other keeping my feet dry
I felt the shoe-boot hybrid blend thing lent itself well to breathability and moisture management. The MTE 3 with the GoreTex layers would be a good fit for your use. The destruct mid has a much greater tennis shoe feel, I really haven't had it in much wet. I did test the MTE 2 really good in heavy rains and needs to be drawn tight with lacing in order to keep water from getting through the tongue area in a downpour and puddles. I had one side looser than the other in a storm once and noticed that.
I am considering buying a Mte 2 for using them on motorcycle. Can they hold up some rain and cold as they say ? Cheers from Athens Greece. Love the bronco as well.
Thanks we are too so much! It's time for a new video update on it, wanting to go over all of the mods in one video and do a 9 month review. Also this thing in the snow is almost snowcat like so there is that too!
They look like a great slip on! For sure lots of solid reviews, for basic weather they should be awesome. I wouldn't want to wear them ice fishing though... the Vans line are really great for short trips through the muck. Super light, comfy hybrid.
i live near Toronto. do you think i should get the mte 2 for the winter, i walk like a mile or so to catch a bus, will it hold up in the snow or will my feet get too cold?!
Thinking of getting the MTE3. I live in Las Vegas and get snow in the mountains nearby so getting them mainly as a winter hike boot, not a daily walker. My only concern is, will they be too warm to wear say in the summer? Or will the insulation keep them cool in the summer and warm in the winter?
@@boisebroncoadventureslol Thanks man. I might still get them. Since I only go skiing maybe 5 times during the winter, they'll probably last me for years then. Good investment when I think of it that way.
Did the mte 2 pair stretch out around the toe part? I got mine today and the right shoe fits a bit tighter than the left. So do you think it will stretch out?
