At the Spa Valley Railway Winter Steam Gala, There were five steam locomotives working trains through the beautiful High Weald. The locomotive roster for the gala was:
*Southern Railway Original Battle of Britain No 34072 (21C172) '257 Squadron' Running as long scrapped classmate No 34066 (21C166) 'Spitfire'
*British Railways Standard 4MT Tank No 80078
*British Railways Standard 2MT No 78019 (Visiting from the Great Central Railway)
*Caledonian Railway 812 Class No 828
*Andrew Barclay No 2315 'Lady Ingrid' (Brake Van Rides Only)
As well as the main service trains, the gala also featured steam hauled Brake Van Rides. This video features clips from a trip behind 78019 and 828, and also features shots from around the railway of 2315 and 828 hauling Brake Van Rides.
