and how to defend wrist locks from there, because putting the arm in that position is a 1 second away from a wrist lock where I train.

@ThugLifeModafocah you're welcome. My patience with passive aggressive white belts like you online is pretty short these days. Maybe ask the people wrist locking you so easily how they do it so you can prevent it? Hmmm? Since where you train has all the answers. Or do like I said, and train more. Try the CLA that Priit is using in this video.
