Great video Tank. Was out myself at the same time. Ditto for a blank! Just like you - freezing and little movement. I used very little bait - in contrast to you - but had the same result. Nowt. I think that they just hold up together somewhere for a few weeks a year - usually feb - and unless you are on top of them it doesn’t matter if you use single hookbaits or fill it in! On my lake, one bloke had 15, the rest of us absolutely nothing - coz he had them in front of him in one spot. Near me there is a pond with koi carp in it - easy to spot. I watch them all year - last week they all huddled up in one spot.
Your right mate on all accounts. I wouldn't normally put so much bait in either, but going off local advice. And again only one lad catching lik at your lake. It's facinating ain't mate all of it..

@@goldthorp1366 I'm taking advice off the locals, yes I thought the same as you. But it's what their doing and catching. I've just seen mark Bartlett spodding out 10 loads on a lake with a lid on and catching I'm no "Noddy" just taking local advise on a new water.
