Beautiful home, I would have added floor to ceiling windows in the dining room and 10ft slider in the living room, to take advantage of that beautiful view, also maybe make the ceilings higher in the living room as well, again it’s about the view, I’m sure that lot comes with a premium, simply because it’s on the lake,
Again, does it come with gator fencing? Florida and bodies of water need that fence. 1.6 million should be subzero appliances and a pool. And, you look like Frank, the Frustrated Choreographer in my Zumba class.
I'm going to ask about that gator fence. I agree, it should have higher end appliances at this price point. The homes next door have subzero. Hahahs, OMG maybe I should start teaching Zumba...
