Thank you! You can always leave things out and adjust the challenge to meet your schedule/energy levels 🖤 I just want everyone to have fun w it and give themselves some extra care during the challenges
Thank you Anna! I decided to start today before I saw your video. I did scalp massage last night before bed with the star anise mixture you got us going with last year, just because my scalp was kind of sore and it felt soothing, this morning I put in a hair mask, the Briogeo little honey bear apple one and left it in while I worked out, shampooed with Purador scalp therapy shampoo, conditioned with Garnier Ginger conditioner, used a leave in, then 2 drops of Verb moringa jojoba oil on the ends I like that one because it has no odor to compete with all the other hair product smells. Thanks again. I will watch it again to figure out how to adopt and adapt it.
She's got some good genetics, what a thick hair she has 😱 On another note, I can't believe you actually do scalp oiling and washes 3 times per week. The dedication!!
Your hair is growing so fast!! And it's so pretty!!! I cut my hair a year after you did, so right now it's a little past my shoulders. I really want to cut it again, but I have the same situation as you where my hair is growing really fast unlike last time since it was so damaged and thin, so at the same time I really want to see how it will finally look long and thick 🥰
Thanks for sharing! I'm joining! I think it might be just what I need to get me through these winter months. I haven't grown my hair out in a few years and I'm determined to do things better this time. 💚
A apple cider rinse gets rid of dandruff, and gets rid of shampoo build up on scalp, that clogs follicles, which lead to dandruff. It also puts your scalp at a balance ph.
I recommend supplementing with omega 3 fatty acids, like cod liver oil!! I notice a rough reduction in dandruff this time of year when I start taking them ♥️
You’re so gorgeous!🥰 just had to say it. And I have one question. How often do you recomend getting a trim? A few months ago i got a big chop to get my hair healthy and im now trying to grow it out. My hairdresser suggests every 3 months but then it will tale Forever to grow it out. What do you think? I have fine thin nordic hair🤗
Your hair is stunning Anna. Personally I’m afraid of exfoliating the scalp, it just doesn’t seem natural to me and seems if it is damaging as well as to new hair coming in. I love the new glasses too, looking beautiful ❤❤❤
Hey! Idk if you have any tips for this, but do you know how I can keep my ends from breaking? I don’t use any heat, I put my hair in braids at night and only wash my hair about 3 times a week and I have no clue what to do or what hair mask I should use. I have semi thin hair
Hi there, did you trim your hair in the last 1 year. What i also wanted to know is if i cut my hair in layers will the layers stay loke that for a long time even if the hair becomes longera or does i need to go to the salon to cut it ? Much appreciated
If you have hard water it could be disrupting your ph try using a chelating shampoo periodically to remove hard water build up and prevent dandruff. I have added in the the ion purifying hard water shampoo once a month and then for my regular shampoo I use a shampoo with salicylic acid in it to exfoliate gently.
@@OrganicallyAnna you're welcome! The filters do help a little bit I have one at the base of my shower head and inside the shower head! I forgot to mention apple cider vinegar rinses can help hard water build up too!☺️
Happy First Week of December dear Anna and my birthday is also coming soon you are my inspiration 😁✨💖and I really really love your long hairs so so much
I still love their products, they just don’t have any specific scalp treatments so that’s why I didn’t mention them. Their balancing shampoo and conditioner are so good, I was just sharing what I’m currently using. I still use their 3 hair treatments very regularly as part of my capillary schedule
