The time has come for us to start harvesting the things we have been growing in our geothermal Winter Greenhouse all winter long here on our homestead in Mongolia. We thought we bring you a greenhouse to kitchen episode where we make homemade kimchi. We also make a great chicken stock from what we have been saving all winter. We also take the Chicken broth and kimchi and share with you an easy homemake miso ramen recipe we like to make. We also install a Camra from Reolink as they have a great spring sale at the moment. Spring is on the way here in Mongolia and we need to start getting ready for a new growing season on our homestead. In Mongolia we are trying to become more self sufficient and self sustainable.
