Hello! ✿ This January I took myself to beautiful Fort William which is a 4hr train journey from Glasgow. The train journey itself is stunning and you pass through lots of Munros on route.
Fort William is known for Ben Nevis, the highest Munro in the UK, but in this video I made my own trail that was 5hrs long, including Dun Deardail and Cow Hill. When I visited Dun Deardail it was partly closed so I went up to Cow Hill instead. You can follow my trail and try it for yourself in the link on OS Maps below.
I was blessed with crisp, blue skies which is very rare up North. This gave amazing visibility and really pleasant hiking conditions. The whole journey and experience was perfect.
Where I stayed: Fort William Backpackers (Highly recommend!)
